What kind of shop is this?– This is the safest TOR reseller. We test vendors and choose the best stuff for you. More info can be found here
Do you ship all the goods?– Yes, we have everything that is listed on our store in our stock. This way your personal data will never be revealed to vendors
Do you store my personal data?– Yes and no. We keep your data (e.g. shipping address) encrypted until your order is fulfilled. Obviously, we couldn’t complete the delivery without storing your address. Once your order is finished, we completely erase your data. Until that it is kept encrypted
What payment methods do you accept?– At the post time we accept Bitcoin, Litecoin, Ethereum, DOGE and DASH. Perhaps, more coins will be added in the future if we receive enough requests for that
Is it safe to make a payment on this store?– Absolutely yes! We use one of the safest payment gateway: none of your personal data will be stored on 3rd party servers, thus it will never be shared with anybody. All payment are anonymous and secured
I made a payment but the order status is left “unpaid”, what should I do?– All payment in crypt must be approved by the network. Once it happens, your order becomes “paid”. It’s hard to predict how long will it but usually not more than 1 hour
Why so cheap?– This is TOR, did you forget where you come to? It’s all either stolen, bruted, carded etc
My order is “paid” but I didn’t receive the digital product yet.– Please check the email address or NULL account that you provided with your order. If you were mistaken, please contact support. If everything is correct, then check your email spam folder. If even this did not help, then contact support immediately
How to rate my experience?– You will find the “Leave a Review” form on the product page
I sent a message/email to support but no one answers.– There can be the only reason for that: Support manager is too busy to fulfill all the requests at the moment
What country do you ship from?– We would keep this information in secret for all parties’ security
What countries do you ship to?– We ship worldwide
What shipping methods do you offer?– There are 2 methods: By post and with carrier. By post is the cheapest one – $5 and takes usually takes 15 days. With carrier is the fastest but more expensive – $20, it takes usually about 3 days
Do you offer free shipping options?– Yes, “By post” becomes free for orders $50+ and “With carrier” free option unlocks at $150+
Do you pay import duties?– Usually, the duties are calculated depending on the type of the parcel and it’s value. We usually declare $10-20 value and ship from person. In most countries such parcels are not a subject of import duties. You should check your local laws for accurate information. It is customer’s responsibility to pay import fees
Do you insure the parcels?– We insure the parcels valued more than $150, otherwise it’s pointless due to the insurance price
Do I need to provide my real shipping address?– If you choose the products with physical delivery (e.g. electronics) then you have to provide the address where you can get the parcel. It can be your office address, home address, hotel room, drop address, pick point or whatever else, choose the best you like
Does my email address have to be real one?– This is required for email delivery only (e.g. gift cards) but we would prefer using NULL Message for communication and digital products delivery. It’s much more safer and faster than email
What will I receive with my order?– It depends on the product. Usually we mention in the description what comes in the box. Briefly, you will get everything you need to use the product, so don’t worry
Do I need to register on your website?– Not really but you will be created an account on the checkout page if you don’t have it yet. It is required to watch your order status, see parcel tracking number and stuff
Do you provide tracking number?– Yes, we do it for all orders
Will you refund if I couldn’t use the product?– Yes, sure but it depends on the reason why you couldn’t do that. Briefly speaking, if it was due to the lack of knowledge or your mistake – refund will not be made. If you received the damaged product or not working at all – refund will be made. Please read the full refund policy
How a refund is made?– All refund are manual the moment, you have to contact support. Please describe the refund reason and your wallet address that you want to receive a refund to. It must be the same currency of your order (e.g. if you paid in BTC, then you have to provide BTC wallet address)
Is this legal?– Yes and no. Some products may be forbidden in a particular country, some aren’t. You should check your local laws before buying. But all the products listed in our store have the illegal origin, that’s why the price is low
I received the tracking code but it shows error.– It always takes some time for tracking codes to be updated in the carrier system, please wait a little bit. If the situation is not changing for a long time you can contact the carrier. If this didn’t help then contact our support, perhaps there is a typo in the tracking code
Looks like here is no answer for my question, what should I do?– Feel free to contact our support. The support manager will answer you ASAP. Please be specific and describe your problem in detail, this will help us to solve your issue faster
